We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

No-show appointments will be charged in full.

To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Should you have any concerns, please contact us directly within 14 days of your original service so we may thoughtfully address them. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are committed to ensuring you leave feeling confident, cared for, and your very best.

At Alchemy Salon, the safety and experience of our guests and team is our highest priority. Due to the nature of our work—using sharp tools, hot equipment, and professional chemicals—and the absence of a designated area or supervision for children, we kindly ask that children do not accompany guests during appointments unless they are receiving a service.

At Alchemy Salon, we offer the Keratin Complex® Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment, a formaldehyde-free, chemically minimal service suitable for all hair types and textures. This treatment does not permanently straighten the hair, but smooths, relaxes, and reduces frizz while enhancing shine, manageability, and overall hair health.

With proper at-home care using sulfate-free products, results may last up to five months, with your natural texture gradually returning over time. To maintain optimal results and hair integrity, we recommend waiting two weeks between your Keratin Smoothing Treatment and any color services.
